Overall had fun stay for three nights. Plenty of food for breakfast, it was excellent. The staff was patient providing assistance. The location was unbeatable, close to The Bank. We found it in a secure area really close to many areas of Bangkok as well as Bangkok for 2 nights.
Views appeared to be not so nice.

The hotel was nicely presented and I liked the streets of Bangkok. The venue had a very central location and it was a minute walk from The Bank. The restaurant was lovely, and the staff brilliantly helpful. Very efficient services were available. Very good facilities and the pool was lovely. Food was good and I have nothing but brilliant memories from this trip.

This hotel in a busy area of Bangkok offers great value for money. The rooms, despite not having windows, are clean and comfortable, perfect for budget-conscious travellers. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering advice on places to visit and the best prices for transportation. The location is strategic, with popular attractions like the Grand Palace and Wat Pho within walking distance. If you're looking for a basic yet convenient place to stay, this hotel with windows available is a good choice.
No significant downsides, everything was satisfactory.

Great value and location! The room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. The rooftop pool and bar were fantastic, and we enjoyed unwinding there after a busy day of exploring the city.
That breakfast was not included in the price. However, there are plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants that offer delicious meals at reasonable prices.

Nice hotel and near khoasan road. Stayed on khoasan a few times now and this was probably the nicest hotel I stayed in in the area. However are room had no window and are wall was a divide between a niteclub. The staff moved us with no trouble at all to a better room. Let's face it if your staying in the khoasan road are your not there to sleep anyway your there to party! Every hotel in the area is the same noise wise. So just bring ear plugs. Will defiantly stay here again

The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to all other sites and tourist locations nearby. Being in a historic area of the city means that guests have several interesting monuments to explore within walking distance. the hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms, all with necessary amenities such as a safe, fridge, and good aircon. The staff is also very friendly, providing a quick check-in/check-out process and helpful services.
The lack of natural light in the rooms might be a challenge for some guests.

Comfortable and clean rooms with a great location near shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful in assisting us with transportation and providing umbrellas during a downpour. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and friendly. The location was great, in a lovely area, with quick access to nearby sights. , the communal area was nicely decorated and comfortable.
There were no windows in the rooms, and this made it feel very claustrophobic for me. the towels were old and there was moldy smell in the room.

Nice new hotel with very clean and up-to-date rooms. Good location for Khaosan Road, just around the corner.
Some construction work being carried our during our stay. The stairwell is open to the street/alleyway and the music from a local bar reverberated up all 6 floors and down the corridor. The hotel should seriously consider installing glass at the bottom of the stairs to resolve this problem.

Shower was powerful, good location for Kao San Road.
Standard rooms have no windows and feel like a prison cell, no wifi in room (despite talking to staff on 4 occasions nothing was done about this), tv intermittent, room was damp, staff were not helpful, charged 3/4 of day rate for 6 hour late check out, have to pay to use pool at other Buddy's (like anybody off the street can), nearby construction & bar very loud in room until 3am and from 7am. Massive disappointment given the good repuation the other Buddy's has.

The rooms, although without windows, were absolutely clean and had a great shower. I stayed on the 4th floor and the basic amenities provided were just what I needed. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying.
All was perfect, nothing to complain about.
